Author’s Note

“All-American ShowStopper” was sparked by a short video clip shared with me by a friend from church — a Thanksgiving dinner moment captured with such balance, warmth, and quiet skill that it stayed with me.

What impressed me wasn’t just the event itself, but the way she shaped it: steady camera work, clean motion, thoughtful pacing. It turned a meaningful gathering into something almost cinematic. That level of intention inspired this piece.

This piece is simply my way of acknowledging the beauty she captured, the care she put into it, and the privilege of seeing even a small part of her creative world.
