Hyperfantasy: Vikings in the Forza Mountains ⚔️

Jagged peaks, icy fjords, and misty pine forests define the Forza Mountains, glacier-carved waterways threading dark waters through sheer cliffs. Longships glide silently through the fjords, runes etched on their hulls glowing faintly, as children grow into warriors under the watchful eyes of elders and the Thing, the open-air council where disputes are settled, laws declared, and leadership confirmed.

From early years, boys and girls learn survival and weapon skills—tracking through forests, climbing cliffs, and handling bows, axes, and swords. Adolescence brings tests of skill, endurance, and cunning, and those who prove themselves step into raids and expeditions that seal their place among the clan’s warriors.

Forests teem with moose, red deer, wolves, and bears, while whales and seals patrol the icy fjords. Hunters, fishers, and foragers sustain the village with game, berries, and herbs. Longhouses glow with hearthfire, woolen tunics are woven, and tables bear barley bread, salted fish, pork, cheese, and foraged food. Weddings unite clans with vows, gifts, and oaths, binding families in honor and kinship.

Mystical runes, whispered magic, and legendary beasts pulse through every peak, wave, and glade. In this land, necessity, courage, honor, and skill intertwine, forging Vikings who brave frozen seas, wild forests, and a world both perilous and divine.
